ロサンゼルス在住の日本人が多く住んでいるトーランスに位置するショッピングモール
最近では、ショッピングモールの規模を拡大し、アウトレットの増設もしたため大規模なモールとなった。
トーランスは比較的治安もよく、そのため多くの日本人も住んでいるが、富豪層があまり住んでいないためモールに入っている店舗も比較的B級ブランドが立ち並ぶ。
ショッピングモール内は、白人は比較的少なく、黒人またはメキシカン、アジア人が多く買い物をしている。
ショップの店舗数は非常に多いが、ハイブランドの買い物には向いていないため、お求めのショップを確認してから向かった方がいいかもしれない。
